About me

I'm Edouard, a frenchman with a passion for breakfast living in Copenhagen. I moved to Denmark in December 2016 for professional reasons, and in 2019 I made an ambitious move from banking to baking and start this crazy adventure that is Cocorico.

Cocorico is therefore me just trying to share my passion for the "little thing" that is breakfast and  make your mornings that little bit brighter.​

My different products have each gone through an extensive R&D process in the form of trial and error.

 

Each product is composed of as many organic ingredients as possible to ensure the best possible taste.

Finally, each product is handcrafted, so that every item you eat is absolutely unique....just like you!
